Job Description

  • Assist in Developing sales strategy in consultation with  Business Development Manager / Sr. Sales Manager
  • Forecasts and develops annual sales targets from the chosen customer segments.
  • Monitors market pricing and ensures that own pricing is competitive
  •  Identify and coverts emerging trends and business opportunities into revenue or sales prospects.
  • Develops prospective customer’s pipeline.
  • Maintains sales volume, service mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

Position: Tendering Engineer

Job Description

Carry out a detailed review of inquiry documents for a complete understanding of requirements, ensuring all requirements are identified for inclusion or qualification

Negotiate and agree /confirm contract specifications with a variety of external groups, including subcontractors, clients and suppliers

Prepare the requests for bid bonds, keeping full record of government commercial certificates and preparing the pricing schedules by doing internal calculation

Manage the proposal schedule and ensure that all stages of the proposal preparation are carried out in a timely manner

Conduct a risk assessment and identifies what risks require mitigation to an acceptable level either by cost or qualification

Analyze and accurately interprets the information and identifies the key points for requirements of proposals
Prepare the final submission document that clearly cites the proposed technical and commercial solution and the benefits of the proposal

Review and manage the customers enquiry process into a commercial workable solution

Submit a detailed response to the enquiry documentation and provide answers / responses to any subsequent requests for clarification

Minimum relevant experience of 8 years

At least 3 years of gulf experience preferably in Qatar

Job Description

  • Adopt measures to ensure compliance to HSE requirements as per the contract and avoids penalties due to noncompliance in the projects assigned
  • Ensures that no man days are lost due to HSE issues
  • Conduct weekly meeting to make site staff aware of all safety aspects
  • Coordinate with clients representatives to ensure smooth and accurate flow of work
  • Attend HSE related project meetings with sub-contractors, clients, project execution team and management
  • Maintain the assigned project as per approved project HSE Plan and DicoTech HSE MS
  • Report and rectify hazards and unsafe things to client and DicoTech safety department
  • Conduct weekly HSE Audit and submit the report to PM and HSEM
  • Maintain assigned project HSE records at site office as per OHSAS 18001:2007 standard

 

Skills

    • Graduate plus a diploma in HSE/Safety
    • Must have completed NEBOSH
    • Should have at least 3 to 5 years of experience
    • Knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures related to HSE for construction works

Position: Estimation Engineer – Joinery & Fit out

Location: Doha, Qatar

 Job Description:

  • Prepare the contract summary document
  • Prepare Job Cards based on job contract to reflect right quantities and expenses to be executed by Operations
  • Follow up for timely certification with Client QS
  • Prepare invoices in a timely and accurate manner as per the contract requirements and supported by all relevant documents
  • Keep track of any variations to the contract that may affect cost
  • Maintain updated record of pricing standards for all items for estimations, including through job-tracking reports
  • Prepare the request for guarantee / security cheque. Submit and follow-up with Accounts Dept. Upon receipt submit to the client for the release of advance payment
  • Accurately know and apply knowledge of consumables to be spent on each item of work under the scope of DicoTech
  • Provide clarifications and explanations on BOQs to the client
  • Identify job variation for confirmation or renegotiation by the client
  • Maintain good working relations with customers and suppliers to exchange relevant information in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist management in financial decision making for signing up for a project

Skills & Requirements:

  • Must be Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical engineering/interior design or quantity surveying
  • Must have minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying in GCC for fit out joinery interior works with mechanical, electrical and fire fighting
  • The candidate must be well experienced in the international standards of building codes and specifications

  • Must have at least 5 – 7 years of experience in firefighting preferably in sprinklers / hydrant based systems
  • Should have at least 2 years of GCC experience
